Our Mission
To expand communication and share responsibility between Federal Contractors and the US Department of Labor, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). Through education and networking, we work together to further opportunities for women, ethnic minorities, veterans, persons with disabilities and other under-represented groups as defined by law.

Our Goals
With regard to women, minorities, and other under-represented groups:
Share lessons learned and best practices for recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing and promoting
Provide EEO/AA legal and regulatory updates
Educate members on systems and processes to help achieve their EEO/AA objectives
